Media Guidelines Expand answer

The Office of Marketing and Communications works to provide accurate and timely information to the media and other members of the public. We welcome interview requests and other queries, which will be handled as promptly as possible.

In return, we ask that members of the media keep in mind the following policies and guidelines, which are designed with the well-being and privacy of our patients in mind:

  • All media visits to any of our hospital campuses, any Penn State Health Medical Group site or Penn State College of Medicine must be approved in advance by the Office of Marketing and Communications.
  • While on premises, members of the media must be accompanied by a representative of the Office of Marketing and Communications.
  • All interviews with physicians, faculty, staff and patients must be arranged through and facilitated by the Office of Marketing and Communications.
